Guest WiFi Emergency

Guest WiFi down right now?

Get fast help for Airbnb & vacation rental WiFi problems.

Bad WiFi can turn into refunds, bad reviews, and angry messages fast. Westridge Networks provides emergency WiFi troubleshooting for vacation rentals, B&Bs, and small hospitality properties in the San Antonio and Texas Hill Country area.

Emergency support starts with remote triage. If needed and available, we can dispatch on-site help.

Start Emergency WiFi Help

Emergency support is subject to availability. A valid card is required before troubleshooting. Minimum charges apply. On-site work is billed hourly. We do not guarantee same-day resolution when the issue is caused by ISP outages, damaged wiring, inaccessible equipment, or third-party account restrictions.

Paid emergency triage

Emergency troubleshooting requires a valid card and a $149 triage fee before troubleshooting begins. If an on-site visit is needed, on-site labor is billed at $149/hour.

How Emergency Triage Works

Paid triage first. Field dispatch only when it makes sense.

01

Remote triage

We start by checking the fastest signals that tell us whether the issue is ISP, equipment, WiFi coverage, or a connected-device problem.

  • Is the ISP modem online?
  • Are lights normal?
  • Can guests see the WiFi name?
  • Is only one device affected?
  • Can someone send photos?
02

Dispatch only when needed

If a field tech is needed and available, they follow a narrow checklist so the visit stays focused and useful.

  • Reboot modem/router
  • Verify ISP signal/status
  • Test Ethernet from modem
  • Inspect switch/AP power and PoE
  • Take photos and call for diagnosis
03

Prevent the next outage

After the emergency is resolved, we can convert the property to managed guest WiFi with monitoring, outage alerts, and priority support.

  • Monitoring for guest networks
  • Outage alerts before guests complain
  • Priority support for future issues
